1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Glow Owl Art.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products
Glow Owl Art offers original paintings and art prints.
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some open edition prints are produced and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Gelato.
These products are printed to order and shipped directly from Gelato's network of production partners.
Because each print is made specifically for your order, minor variations in color and trimming may occur.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The order is considered accepted once your payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if incorrect pricing information has been displayed.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
Glow Owl Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
For print-on-demand products, shipping is handled by Gelato and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local production partner.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
For products fulfilled by Gelato, we may share relevant order information and photos with Gelato in order to process a replacement or refund.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, contact us at studio@glowowlart.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Products that are custom-made or printed on demand specifically for your order may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Glow Owl Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To fulfill your order, we may share your name, shipping address, and order details with trusted third-party providers such as Gelato.
11. Limitation of Liability
Glow Owl Art is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
